Drivn helps junior golfers share a recruiting profile with college coaches. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account info: your email and password (passwords are handled by our auth provider, Supabase; we never see them).
- Profile info you choose to add: name, photo, hometown, grad year, bio, scores, tournament results, rankings, videos, academics, contact info, coach info.
- Guardian info: if you're under 18, a parent/guardian email and the date consent was given.
- Profile views: when someone opens a public profile we record the date, referring site, browser type and a one-way hashed version of their IP address (we don't store raw IPs). Coaches can optionally tell us their name, school and email.
- Usage analytics: privacy-friendly page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), without cookies.
- Feedback you send us.
What's public
Your profile page is public by design so coaches can find it. You can hide your phone number and email from the public page in your dashboard. Anything you put in your bio, videos or results is visible to anyone with the link.
How we use it
- To show your profile and help you contact coaches.
- To tell you who viewed your profile.
- To improve Drivn. We don't sell your personal information or show third-party ads.
Minors
Drivn is used by high-school athletes. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission, and we ask for a guardian email at signup. Drivn is not intended for children under 13.
Your choices
- Edit or delete profile information at any time in your dashboard.
- Ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us via the feedback page.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database, auth, file storage), Vercel (hosting, analytics) and, if enabled, an email provider for notifications.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change and note the date above.
